Science – Magnetism

We’ve been plowing through a book of experiments on magnetism. The girls have done about 10 different hands on tasks. Here is an example of a few.


Yes. French bread and salad go good with science experiments. Moses is just a bit concerned.

Serious attention to detail.


Results of the next experiment. Once the compass was completed, then they used it to map out the room to scale. Each corner of the room was recorded (live) for positioning (e.g., corner A = SSW). Then the “map” was checked for the same exactitude.
